SHIPPING POLICY

Metal Clay World ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Items will be shipped within 2 to 3 days of purchase.  If an item is a PRE ORDER, it will be clearly stated at the time of order.  Once we receive that stock, we will send to you on our next shipping day.  If any item in your order is a Pre Order, your entire shipment will be held until the pre order arrives.  Large orders may take up to 5 business days to ship.

Metal Clay World is located in the state of New York.  We use the United States Postal Service for shipping.  Our website will allow you to choose your shipping option at check out.  All  shipments will have a tracking number that we can provide to you.

Depending on the shipping method, shipping will be charged based on weight or a flat rate.   The charge is based on weight (including product and packaging) and location.  There are occasions where refunds will be issued if we can fit your items in a smaller package.

 

How to track an order that’s been shipped?  Once your order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging in to your account metalclayworld.com

RETURN POLICY

Returns:

 

Custom Orders & Clearance Items are non refundable.

Sales Items - Only regular  priced items may be refunded.

Metal Clay World has 14 day (after delivery) return policy.  If 14 days has passed, since delivery of your order, unfortunately, we will not offer a refund or exchange.  There will be no refund  for the original shipping.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product must be in original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.  Product must be unused, unopened and in original condition.  Upon receipt of product, Metal Clay World  personnel will review and inspect to ensure no visible damages, defects, or alterations. If any are found, we will notify you and you must decide if said product needs to be shipped back to you (at your expense) or discarded. Written authorization must be provided to discard.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at JoAnna@metalclayworld.com.  We will advise you as to where to send your product.

Credits/refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment at the time of order.  

Metal Clay World reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied.

Metal Clay World utilizes SquareUp as our payment gateway.  If you would like to utilize PayPal Credit or Paypal Pay in 4, please contact us and we are more than happy to send you an invoice through Paypal

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

At this time, Metal Clay World charges sales tax for those customers in the state of New York.  If you have a resale certificate for the state of New York, we will make you tax exempt.  Please email us a copy of your resale certificate to JoAnna@metalclayworld.com
